THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS DO REQUIRE A BOOKING MINIMUM AND/ OR TRAVEL FEE:
SAN FERNANDO VALLEY (Studio City, Sherman Oaks, Encino, Burbank, North Hollywood) | 1.5 hour minimum, no travel fee
PASADENA/ GLENDALE | 3hr booking minimum, +$100 travel fee
MALIBU | 1.5hr booking minimum, no travel fee
SOUTH BAY (Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, Palos Verdes) | 3hr booking minimum +$150 travel fee
ORANGE COUNTY (Newport Beach, Irvine, Laguna) | 3hr booking minimum +$200 travel fee
PALM SPRINGS | 6hr booking minimum, + hotel accommodations, +$400 travel fee
SAN DIEGO | 4hr minimum, + hotel accommodations, +$800 travel fee
VENTURA COUNTY/ SANTA BARBARA COUNTY/ OJAI | 4hr booking minimum, + hotel accommodations, +$300 travel fee
CALABASAS/ WESTLAKE VILLAGE | 3hr booking minimum + $200 travel fee
TRAVEL FEE: this fee covers the time required for round-trip travel to your location. Depending on the duration of our engagement, a separate hotel fee may be required and will be discussed at the time of booking.

THE FINE PRINT
* FLAT FEE: A single, transparent fee that covers all essentials: business class airfare, pet lodging, car fare, parking, incidentals and hotel accommodations.
Please keep in mind, there are no additional costs to you unless:
You request for me to book a hotel at a higher rate than the one I would typically select.
Should our date begin outside of standard hotel check-in hours, I may need to reserve the suite for the evening prior. In such cases, the cost of the extra night may be added to the flat fee.
During peak travel times and the holiday season, there might be a modest increase to reflect those prices. If this is the case, I’ll always provide a clear quote in advance.
ACCOMMODATIONS: I will select and arrange 4-5 star hotel accommodations at my discretion. You’re welcome to share your hotel preferences in advance, however please note that you will kindly have to cover the difference.
DEPOSIT: 50% (of the total) sent upfront.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY: If you need to reschedule a Fly Me to You and provide at least one week’s notice, the flat fee may be applied to a future date, minus any non-refundable travel expenses already incurred.
For cancellations made with less than one week’s notice, I will do my best to reschedule. However, if rescheduling is not possible due to my availability then the standard cancellation fee of 100% of the booking (minus the flat fee) will apply.
